When you create an account or subscribe, we collect your name, email address, and payment information. Payment details are processed and stored by our payment processor, Stripe, and we do not store your full credit card number.

We automatically collect information about how you interact with our platform, including lessons viewed, quiz results, AI chat conversations, voice session durations, and learning progress. This data is used to personalize your learning experience and improve our services.

AI Interaction Data

When you use our AI tutor (text chat or voice), your conversations are stored to provide continuity, generate learning insights, and improve the quality of AI responses. AI conversations may be analyzed in aggregate to improve our curriculum.

Device and Log Data

We collect standard log information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and access timestamps.

  • Service providers: Stripe (payments), Supabase (authentication and database), Anthropic (AI chat), OpenAI (voice features), and Vercel (hosting)
  • Instructors: Aggregated and anonymized learning insights (engagement scores, topic summaries) to help improve course content
  • Legal compliance: When required by law, court order, or to protect our rights

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data and learning progress for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 90 days in case you resubscribe. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), row-level security on our database, and secure authentication. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
